Leg Stretching Strap — Foot Loop Flexibility Band | Work Out Wars

A simple nylon strap with a padded foot loop at one end and a run of hand loops along its length, so you can hold a stretch at a comfortable position instead of straining to reach your toes.

What you get

• One stretching strap, black
• Padded foot cradle at one end
• Multiple hand loops so you can shorten or lengthen your hold

What it is for

Hamstring, calf, hip flexor and shoulder stretching, and holding a position steady during a cool-down. It lets you work at your own range rather than forcing one.
