Refund policy
You are buying from a UK business, so you have the protection of UK consumer law. This policy sets out those rights plainly, and how to use them. Nothing here reduces your statutory rights.
1. Changing your mind: 14 days, no reason needed
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason.
- You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to tell us you are cancelling.
- You then have a further 14 days from telling us to send the goods back.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
- Your refund includes the standard outbound delivery charge you paid. If you chose a faster, more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate.
Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, because you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Goods should come back in a resaleable condition. If an item has been used beyond what you would do in a shop and its value has dropped as a result, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
2. Faulty, damaged, or not as described
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days of receiving a faulty item, you can reject it and get a full refund.
- Up to six months, we will repair or replace it. If that is not possible or does not fix it, you can get a refund.
- Up to six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (five in Scotland), you may still have a claim if an item fails earlier than it reasonably should have.
We pay the return postage on anything faulty, damaged or wrongly sent. In many cases a clear photo is enough and we will not ask for the item back at all.
3. How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and say whether you are cancelling or reporting a fault.
- For a fault or damage, attach a photo if you can.
- We reply with the return address and confirm who pays the postage.
- Send it back, keep your proof of postage, and we process the refund as above.
Any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough. There is no form you have to use.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a further few working days to show it.
5. Cancelling before dispatch
If you change your mind before the parcel has gone, tell us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund in full.
6. If we get it wrong
If you are not happy with how we have handled a return, tell us. If we still cannot resolve it, you can get free advice from Citizens Advice.
