We aim to reply within one working day. If you haven't heard back in two, something has gone wrong with the email — send it again rather than assuming you've been ignored.
Chasing an order
Include your order number and we can look it up straight away. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, say so and we'll chase the carrier — full detail on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns, faults and refunds
Tell us your order number and whether you're cancelling or reporting a fault, and attach a photo if something arrived damaged. We'll reply with the return address and confirm who pays the postage. Your full rights are set out on the Returns & Refunds page — in short, you have 14 days to change your mind for any reason, and we pay return postage on anything faulty or wrongly sent.
Who you're dealing with
Work Out Wars is run by Revvion UK, a sole trader business based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. It's a one-person operation, which is why you get a straight answer from someone who knows the stock. More on the About page.
