A 4-inch contoured lifting belt in PU leather with a suede-backed inner and a double-prong buckle. Black or pink, sizes S to XL.

What it's for

Heavy squats and deadlifts. You brace against it — it doesn't lift for you, it gives your midsection something to push out against. Most people put it on for top sets and leave it off for warm-ups and accessory work.
