Kinesiology Tape — 5cm x 5m Cotton Sports Tape | Work Out Wars

A single roll of elastic cotton sports tape, 5cm wide and 5m long. You cut the lengths you want and stick them where you want them — knees, elbows, wrists, shoulders, calves.

What you get

• One 5m roll of 5cm tape. One roll only — no scissors or applicator.

Specification

• Material: cotton with an acrylic adhesive backing
• Size: 5cm × 5m per roll
• Stretch: roughly 1.6–1.8 times its resting length
• Adhesion: rated above 3.0N/cm
• Water resistance: the supplier rates it to stay on through a shower
• Colours: black, blue or ivory
• Weight: about 100g

Good to know

• Round the corners of each strip you cut — square corners catch on clothing and peel
• Apply to clean, dry, hairless skin for the best hold
• How tape is applied matters, and it is worth learning the technique for the joint you are taping

We make no medical claims for this tape. It is a sports tape, not a treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a physiotherapist, doctor or other qualified professional. Stop using it if your skin reacts.
