A gyroscopic wrist ball. You start the rotor with the pull cord, then keep it spinning with small circles of the wrist. The faster it spins, the harder it pushes back — so the resistance comes from how hard you work it, not from a weight you have to buy.

Good to know

• It takes a few goes to find the wrist motion that keeps the rotor accelerating. That is normal and it clicks quickly.
• It is noisy at speed — not a quiet desk toy.
• Do not drop it. The rotor is heavy and a hard floor will damage it.
• Do not touch the rotor while it is spinning.
