Single Cable Handle — For Rows, Pushdowns & Curls | Work Out Wars

A one-arm cable handle, so each side works on its own and your stronger arm stops carrying the weaker one. It clips to a cable machine, a resistance band, or the DIY cable pulley system in this shop.

Two versions

• Straight grip + carabiner — a ribbed rubber grip on an eye bolt, with a carabiner to clip it on. The lighter, simpler option. GBP 19.99.
• Triangle stirrup handle — a chrome triangle frame with a ribbed rubber grip along the base, so your wrist stays in line under load. GBP 29.99.
