A pair of spring clip collars for 28mm (1.1 inch) standard bars. Squeeze the rubber handles, slide them on, let go. The plates stop rattling down the bar every rep.

Check your bar first. These fit 28mm standard barbells and dumbbell handles — the kind most home sets use. They will not fit a 50mm Olympic bar sleeve. Measure the bar end before you order.
